Apprenticeships
Whether you are a young person looking for the first step on the career ladder, you are an Employer or a Parent, Apprenticeships make sense.
Enrolling onto an Apprenticeship at Vogal means development, both for our Apprentices and their employer. Apprenticeships are a great mix of on-the-job training and expert tutoring, providing you with industry recognised qualifications.
Our Apprentices gain valuable workplace experience, excellent engineering skills & knowledge and development of personal and professional behaviours, all alongside a series of qualifications culminating in a full Apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships are taught both at Vogal and in the workplace with attendance at Vogal required at least 1 day a week but possibly more depending on the individual Apprenticeship.
Apprentices are taught by our expert Tutors in our workshops and specialist training centre. Vogal Tutors have years of industry experience, skills and knowledge which Apprentices benefit from during their learning experience.
We will prepare an individual training programme to suit each Apprentice and the Employer, providing study support, as well as information, advice and guidance on educational, career and personal matters.
We work with an expansive range of employers, so we can help young people find the perfect Apprenticeship opportunity – whether they want to be an Electrical Engineer, a Welder or an Engineering Maintenance Technician, there are lots of options available.
